Crafted in style similar to standard e‑commerce policies:

Eligibility

Return window: 7 days from delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

Damaged, used, or altered products are not eligible unless defective.


Return Process

1. Email powerupbd999@gmail.com with order number and issue details.


2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.


3. Ship the product securely (original box inside shipping box) — use trackable courier.



Refunds & Fees

Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds are issued to original payment method.

A 5% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; customer covers return shipping for non‑defective items.


Warranty & Defects

Defective products reported within 7 days of receipt may be replaced at no cost.

Replacement shipping is covered by us.


Exceptions

Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable (unless defective).

Refunds on international duties/taxes depend on customs regulations — may not be refundable.

We highly recommend insured, trackable shipping for returns.

Lost or damaged return shipments are the sender’s responsibility.
